For hygienic reasons, we cannot take returns or allow cancellations as all sets are custom made to order and are begun immediately after we receive the order. Once your hand painted nails are done they Will be packaged and On Their way. Once the package is sent out for shipping we no longer have control over the package and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages.
